Here are four videos in which I introduce Manoj Ketkar, a newcomer to the gym, to the benefits of resistance training to him as an over-50 year old.
Firstly, the Introduction Video discusses the benefits of gym training to him as a newcomer to training at over 50.
This second one covers the chest, triceps and parts of the shoulders – collectively known as the of Push Group exercises.
Moving to the third video, it looks at the Pull Group of exercises – those for back, biceps and rear part of the shoulders.
Finally its the Lower Body Video, explaining suggested training for an often overlooked area of the body that I am always keen on the over 50’s having as part of their fitness plan.
